DinnerMVP legal
Subscription and Cancellation Terms
These terms govern recurring paid DinnerMVP subscriptions, billing, renewal, cancellation, plan changes, and refunds.
Effective October 12, 2026
1. Scope and incorporation
These Subscription and Cancellation Terms govern every paid consumer subscription made available by Medstrategic LLC, doing business as DinnerMVP ("DinnerMVP," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement and are incorporated into the DinnerMVP Terms of Service. If these terms conflict with a specific offer displayed at checkout, the more specific checkout disclosure controls for that transaction, subject always to applicable law.
2. Subscription plans and billing periods
DinnerMVP may offer monthly and annual subscription plans with different features, usage allowances, and prices. The plan name, recurring price, billing interval, material feature limitations, and any minimum commitment will be displayed before purchase. Feature allowances do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Express authorization and automatic renewal
By affirmatively selecting a paid plan and submitting an accepted payment method, you authorize DinnerMVP and its payment processor to charge the disclosed price, applicable taxes, and any separately disclosed fees at the stated frequency. Unless expressly identified as nonrenewing, a monthly subscription renews monthly and an annual subscription renews annually until canceled.
DinnerMVP will obtain the affirmative consent required by applicable automatic-renewal law and will provide a confirmation that can be retained. Where required, we will send annual reminders, renewal notices, trial-ending notices, price-change notices, or other disclosures within the legally prescribed period.
4. Billing and payment processing
Subscription charges are ordinarily collected at the beginning of each billing period through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. DinnerMVP does not store complete payment-card numbers. You authorize the processor to maintain and use your selected payment method for recurring charges and authorize DinnerMVP to receive limited transaction, subscription, dispute, and fraud-prevention information.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. If a charge fails, we may retry the payment as permitted by law, request an updated payment method, suspend paid features, or downgrade the account after any required notice.
5. Trials promotions and discounted periods
Any free trial, introductory price, promotional credit, or discounted period is governed by the terms shown with that offer. Those terms will state the duration, eligibility criteria, post-promotional price, renewal frequency, and cancellation deadline. Unless the offer states otherwise, a promotional subscription converts to the disclosed paid recurring subscription when the promotional period ends. Abuse, duplication, resale, or circumvention of eligibility restrictions may result in revocation.
6. Price and plan changes
We may change future subscription prices or modify plan features prospectively. A price increase will not be charged until the notice and consent required by applicable law have been provided. If a material reduction affects a prepaid period, DinnerMVP will provide any remedy required by law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel through the online billing-management controls made available in your DinnerMVP account. Cancellation must be completed before the applicable renewal charge is processed to avoid the next charge. Deleting the application, abandoning an account, or failing to use paid features does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Paid access generally remains available through that date unless you request immediate account deletion, the subscription is refunded, the account is terminated for cause, or applicable law requires a different result. DinnerMVP will not impose unnecessary steps, obscure the cancellation method, or require cancellation through a more burdensome medium than permitted by law.
8. Upgrades downgrades and Free-plan continuation
An upgrade may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge or credit as disclosed during the change. A downgrade ordinarily takes effect at the next renewal unless stated otherwise. When available, you may continue on the Free plan after cancellation. A Free-plan offer will never prevent, delay, or obscure the option to cancel.
9. Refunds charge disputes and taxes
Except where required by law or expressly promised at purchase, subscription charges are nonrefundable and no credit is provided for partial periods or unused features. This does not restrict non-waivable rights concerning unauthorized charges, billing errors, service failures, rescission, or statutory cancellation. Contact support@dinnermvp.com promptly about a disputed charge. You remain responsible for taxes DinnerMVP is legally required to collect.
10. Account deletion and survival
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. Deleting an account may end access immediately and may make saved plans and other data unrecoverable. Accrued payment obligations, dispute provisions, and provisions that by their nature survive remain effective after cancellation or deletion.
