Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Consumer health data we collect

DinnerMVP may collect food allergies, intolerances, medically related dietary restrictions, and other information you voluntarily enter that identifies or can reasonably be linked to health status. We may derive meal-suitability, exclusion, or safety-filter results from that information. We do not seek diagnoses, medical records, prescriptions, reproductive or sexual health information, precise location, genetic or biometric data, insurance identifiers, or government-benefit identifiers.

Sources

We collect consumer health data directly from you when you enter meal-planning preferences or contact support. We may create limited inferences needed to apply those preferences to requested meal plans. We do not purchase consumer health data from data brokers or obtain it from health care providers, insurers, pharmacies, or benefits administrators.

Why we collect and use it

We collect and use consumer health data only as reasonably necessary to provide the meal-planning service you request, including filtering ingredients, excluding incompatible recipes, validating output, saving preferences at your direction, responding to support, maintaining security, and complying with law. If processing is not necessary for your requested service, we will obtain affirmative, voluntary consent before collection or use when required.

Consumer health data we share

We may share the minimum necessary information with contracted hosting, database, security, support, and AI or generation processors that help provide the service you request. Categories shared may include allergy or restriction text, excluded ingredients, and meal-suitability instructions. We do not disclose meal-plan health preferences to Community Access partners, advertisers, data brokers, employers, insurers, credit providers, benefits administrators, or retailers unless you intentionally direct the disclosure and applicable law permits it.

Processor access is limited by written contract and reasonable security controls. If a new recipient category or new purpose requires consent, we will obtain it before sharing.

Sale targeted advertising and geofencing

DinnerMVP does not sell consumer health data, use it for targeted advertising, condition service on authorization to sell it, or use geofences around health care facilities to identify or track consumers, collect consumer health data, or send health-related advertising.
