Sponsored-Content Disclosure

1. Identification of sponsored material

DinnerMVP may publish or display content created with financial or in-kind support from a sponsor. Sponsored content, paid placements, gifted products, and other material commercial relationships will be identified using clear and conspicuous language reasonably understandable to an ordinary consumer.

2. Forms of consideration

Consideration may include money, products, services, access, discounts, credits, travel, licensing arrangements, affiliate compensation, or other value. A disclosure will be placed where users are likely to notice it before or while encountering the relevant endorsement or link.

3. Editorial standards

A sponsor may define a campaign subject or provide factual product information, but DinnerMVP will not knowingly publish claims that are false, misleading, unsupported, or inconsistent with material safety information. Sponsorship does not override stated allergy or dietary restrictions. Opinions identified as DinnerMVP opinions will reflect the genuine view held at the time expressed.

4. No guarantee or professional endorsement

Sponsored content does not guarantee product availability, price, safety, quality, nutritional suitability, benefit eligibility, or fitness for any person. DinnerMVP is not a health care provider, dietitian, retailer, manufacturer, or testing laboratory. Users must independently review labels and consult an appropriate professional when needed.

5. Sponsor responsibility and third-party destinations

A sponsor remains responsible for its products, services, representations, warranties, recalls, and legal obligations. Links to a sponsor lead to an independently operated service governed by that party’s terms and privacy practices.

6. Corrections and contact

DinnerMVP may correct, update, remove, or discontinue sponsored material. Questions about a sponsorship disclosure may be sent to support@dinnermvp.com.
