Pricing-Estimate Disclaimer
This disclaimer explains why DinnerMVP grocery prices and budgets are estimates rather than retailer quotes or guarantees.

1. Estimates are not offers or quotations
Any grocery budget, ingredient price, meal cost, serving cost, savings amount, comparison, or total displayed by DinnerMVP is a nonbinding estimate for planning convenience. It is not an offer, retailer quotation, price guarantee, appraisal, or promise that a basket can be purchased for the displayed amount.
2. Factors not fully reflected
An estimate may exclude or differ from taxes, deposits, tips, delivery charges, service fees, membership fees, minimum-order charges, packaging, weighted-item adjustments, substitutions, local pricing, loyalty pricing, coupons, promotions, benefit restrictions, out-of-stock replacements, and changes in quantity or package size.
3. Retailer control
The retailer or shopping provider independently controls current price, inventory, brands, package sizes, promotions, substitutions, fulfillment, and final checkout total. DinnerMVP does not bind a retailer and cannot require a retailer to honor an estimate.
4. Budget optimization
DinnerMVP may attempt to construct a plan below a stated budget to allow for ordinary variation, but no buffer eliminates price volatility or retailer differences. A plan may exceed the requested budget, and users should review or remove items before purchase.
5. Product matching and substitutions
A suggested product match may differ in quantity, quality, dietary suitability, allergen status, price, or unit of measure from the intended ingredient. You must approve the final cart and every substitution. Unmatched items may require manual selection.
6. Promotions benefits and affiliate compensation
DinnerMVP does not guarantee the availability or applicability of coupons, SNAP, EBT, OTC, Medicare Advantage, insurance, wellness, health-plan, or other benefits. Verify eligibility with the retailer and benefit administrator. DinnerMVP may receive affiliate compensation from qualifying purchases as separately disclosed.
7. Corrections and contact
DinnerMVP may correct an estimate or matching error without creating an obligation to reimburse a difference. Material pricing concerns may be reported to support@dinnermvp.com.
