This disclaimer explains the estimated nature of nutrition information and confirms that DinnerMVP does not provide individualized nutrition or medical advice.

Nutrition-related information provided by DinnerMVP is for general informational and meal-planning purposes only. It is not medical advice, nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a representation that a meal is appropriate for any particular person, condition, medication, or health objective.
2. Estimates and variability
Calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, serving sizes, portion descriptions, and other nutrition values are estimates derived from recipes, databases, third-party data, or automated calculations. Actual values vary with brands, package sizes, substitutions, preparation methods, trimming, cooking loss, serving decisions, and data quality.
3. No outcome guarantee
DinnerMVP does not guarantee weight loss, weight gain, blood-sugar control, cholesterol improvement, athletic performance, symptom relief, or any other health outcome. Budget and dietary labels do not establish nutritional adequacy.
4. Professional guidance
