Food-Allergy and Dietary Safety Disclaimer

1. No medical or professional advice

DINNERMVP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, DIETETIC, NUTRITIONAL, ALLERGY, PHARMACY, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL HEALTH ADVICE. The Service is not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified clinician or registered dietitian and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage a medical condition.

2. No allergen-free guarantee

Dietary filters and automated validation may reduce incompatible suggestions but cannot guarantee that a recipe, ingredient, packaged product, restaurant item, retailer listing, substitution, preparation surface, facility, or fulfilled order is free from an allergen or appropriate for a restriction. Ingredient sources, formulations, labels, manufacturing practices, cross-contact warnings, inventory, and retailer substitutions may change without notice.

3. User verification duties

You are responsible for entering complete and accurate restrictions, reviewing every generated plan and recipe, reading current package labels and manufacturer statements, confirming substitutions, preventing cross-contact, and using preparation methods suitable for your household. Never rely solely on an image, product title, historical label, search result, or generated description.

4. Automated and third-party information

Meal plans, substitutions, product matches, and safety checks may be assisted by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. Retailers and manufacturers independently control their listings, labels, stock, substitutions, and fulfillment. DinnerMVP does not inspect products or preparation environments.

5. Severe allergies and special populations

A person with a severe or life-threatening allergy, celiac disease, metabolic disorder, medically prescribed diet, pregnancy-related restriction, swallowing limitation, or other significant health need should obtain individualized professional guidance before relying on the Service. A parent or guardian remains responsible for food selected for a child.

6. Emergencies

If an allergic reaction or other medical emergency may be occurring, stop using the Service and call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately. DinnerMVP support cannot provide emergency assistance.

7. Food handling

You are responsible for safe storage, separation, thawing, preparation, cooking, reheating, and disposal. Follow current government food-safety guidance, product instructions, and safe internal-temperature recommendations. Estimated cooking times are not proof that food is safe.

8. Contact

Report a potentially unsafe suggestion to support@dinnermvp.com and identify the recipe or product involved without sending medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
