Affiliate Disclosure
This disclosure explains DinnerMVP affiliate relationships, compensation, product links, and retailer independence.

1. Material relationship disclosure
DinnerMVP may participate in affiliate, referral, or commerce programs. When you follow an eligible link or complete a qualifying purchase, DinnerMVP may receive a commission, referral fee, advertising payment, service credit, or other compensation from the retailer or shopping provider. This is a material connection and will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously near the relevant link or recommendation.
2. No additional charge
Affiliate compensation ordinarily does not increase the price charged to you, although the retailer independently determines all prices, fees, promotions, taxes, and fulfillment terms. DinnerMVP does not receive or control the complete payment information used for a third-party retail purchase.
3. Independence of recommendations
Compensation may influence whether a retailer or handoff option is available, but it does not supersede the dietary, allergy, household, budget, or retailer preferences you provide. DinnerMVP does not promise that an affiliate product is the least expensive, highest quality, safest, most available, or most suitable option.
4. Retailer independence
Retailers, shopping platforms, and affiliate networks are independent third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, accessibility practices, prices, inventory, substitutions, returns, delivery, and customer-service rules govern your interaction with them. A link or commercial relationship does not constitute a warranty, endorsement, partnership, agency, or guarantee of performance.
5. Tracking and attribution
An affiliate handoff may transmit limited attribution information, selected retailer, service area or ZIP code, shopping-list content, and related parameters needed to create the requested handoff and attribute a transaction. Any such processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable consent choices.
6. Your responsibility before purchase
You must review the final retailer cart, quantities, brands, ingredient labels, allergen disclosures, substitutions, prices, taxes, fees, and delivery terms before purchasing. DinnerMVP estimates and suggested matches are not retailer quotations or confirmations.
7. Changes and contact
Affiliate relationships may begin, change, or end without affecting your existing DinnerMVP account. Questions may be sent to support@dinnermvp.com.
